Project Goal: Design, test, and deploy a secure Linux-based operating system for medical devices, ensuring compliance with various customer requirements.
This project focuses on developing a Linux-based OS for medical devices, ensuring that both hardware and software components function as intended. The OS is hardened to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices for security. A user-friendly interface allows customers to make necessary configuration changes while maintaining security and compliance. Integration tests are performed on the target device to verify that the OS configuration aligns with specified requirements. Additionally, all required regulatory documentation, including test results, licensing details, and source code for any open-source software used, is delivered to ensure full compliance with industry standards.
- Contributed to system architecture and defined OS requirements
- Developed tools for OS configuration management
- Implemented CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment
- Developed and maintained automated tests
- Developed a C++ service for OS settings
- Collaborated directly with customers for feedback and improvements
